All of the staff was incredibly helpful and very professional. We had updated, spotless room with the bathroom and tub wine glasses, as example.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained facility. The hotel also provided convenient parking, making it easy for us to come and go. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent transportation options available, including an awesome shuttle service that provided easy access to nearby attractions in the area. Moreover, this hotel's location was close to everything, with many attractions and stores within easy reach. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making our mornings even better.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and had nice decor. The breakfast options were comprehensive and the staff even cooked eggs to our liking. Best aspects of my xmas stay: The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to help me. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. I also loved the comfortable pillows and comforters in the room. The breakfast waitress was very nice, and the pool was refreshing. The hotel's underground parking was convenient, and the elevators were fast. I also enjoyed the great room A/C and wonderful shower pressure.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: Unfortunately, there were a few negative aspects to my experience. The bed in my room was caved in on one side, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.
